Good Week
Sunday, September 24, 2006
This week at work I got put on a new line and I now enjoy going to work. Doing good & Saturday I get my white badge witch certifies me to be a trained OCM/Sim person. Big deal with this job as not everyone gets chosen to do this job.

If you could tell someone only one thing about cross stitching what would it be?

Please leave comments with your answer. Mine is that when I think of stitching I think of all the artistes in the world that paint with thread. That's how I fell when I'm stitching a project.

The other day I went to Half Price Books and found this Stitchers bible. My first cross-stitching book aside from the pattern books I have.Do not know if I will ever use it but it’s nice to have in my stash

My Evie arrived on September-21-2006 but had to wait till the following day as it came registered and I was at work. Dennis had a guy go to the post office and pick it up for me.
I’m soooo happy that it got here safe and sound as I had just about given up on it getting here at all.
BIG THANKS TO Whitecalla
I LOVE WHAT I GOT FROM HER.

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY !!!! Photobucket 7:11 AM

Oh how pretty, love the cats! Whitcalla you did good! LOL. My mom has the stitchers bible too though I don't know how much she got it for.

As for your question...what I would tell someone about cross stitching is that it always puts a smile on someones face, I love seeing their face when I give them something special that I had handmade. It is worth every penny to see their happy faces. Though being so far away I don't get to see their faces, only hear about their joy. :-)

Hi, Dawn! Thanks for the nice comment on my blog!

The Crazy Cat Lady Exchange was an xstitch exchange on Renee's (Of Stitched With Love and Cat Hair fame) xstitch bulletin board called the Robin's Nest. If you go to Renee's blog, she has a link to it on her right sidebar. There are some really nice ladies there!

There's room for more nice ladies if you're interested!
