A great big thank you to all whom left me a birthday comment. I received lots of ecards and a few gifts on or around my birthday and for that I want to say Thanks to you all.
In the stitching News: I know it's been a while but I have been buzy working on my garden MA and sorry but I can't show you till the middle of May. I'm very very happy with the end results of this one. Next stitching project is a gift for a friend whom is having a birthday in April so that will be a secret till she recives it. This gift will be going to a very dear but distant friend & I must admit that is partly my falut. Hope things could be different on that subject but this is how it is sometimes. Well after that I hope to get back to Nicky's book cover and that I will be able to show soon.
SBQ of the week: From Renee Do you use your needle, a seam ripper, or something else when you have to frog stitches? Why do you use the method that you do?
I have my trusty seam ripper on hand at all time for this purpose. I have not ever given the why very much thought but guess it’s because it works good.Labels: Updates |

Looking forward to being able to see pictures of the garden and your gift for your friend. Although our snow melted, it is so gloomy gray/brownish from the winter, just thinking about garden themes is welcome. Sue

Sorry I missed your Birthday Dawn! Happy Belated Birthday!!! :-)
I can't wait to see your garden piece... I'm in the mood to stitch something Springy as well... I'm getting rather tired of all this gloomy weather... :-)
Can't wait to see your stitched gift for your friend! I know it will be lovely... :-)

Hi what a lovely blog! xx

Hi Thanks for leaving me a comment. The thread I am using on Cheryl's Bouquet is a variegated one from Carries creations. She was a close friend of Cheryl and started dying threads because of Cheryl. Her threads are lovely to use. Very bright and well mixed.

Can not wait to see some stitching pics!! Seam rippers are bad for me, everytime that I have used one, I have messed up and ripped my fabric!!
