My progress on the fall SAL. Worked on it a few hours today and all day Monday. Didn't have any plans for Labor Day. Hope all who celebrated had a great time.

This I finished up on Sunday. Will be going to a two year old little girl that is the granddaughter of a good e-mail friend. Guess you can say that I have kinda adopted her as I have no other girls to stitch for at the moment.

A while back on one of my groups they asked the question " How do you store your needles when not in use " Well I came up with this about 6 months ago. After seeing some snip it jars that I just loved & wished I could get my hands on one. It's not one of them but it will do for now. I took an old washed out jug of something Dennis ate. Painted it with a glass paint and made the lid a pin cushion. Then with my Polymer clay I build a base with a place for my scissor, pencil & highlighter.I then put some butterfly stickers on the jug and there you have my little sewing area.BTW my scissor keep is curtsy of Lilly Liew a great stitching friend.

Please If you haven't done so already please sign my guest book at the bottom of my blog. I have also joined Face Book and would love more friends on there. Also at the bottom of blog. Thank you all so much.
Thanks for stopping by & if you leave me a comment Thanks so much!!!

I love your pin keep, what a great idea. Also, how fun to be able to personalize it with your favorite colors and designs. Hmmmm I may need to try and make one of these myself. :)
